3. Do I need to register?
Yes. You will then receive notification of acceptance.
You will automatically receive a confirmation when you purchase a conference ticket.
4. How much does visitor registration cost?
The event is free to attend for those granted access.
Conference tickets are available to be purchased here. Sydney & Melbourne. Book now, so you don’t miss out!
5. Can I register on the day?
Yes, you can. However we recommend for you to register prior to know about what’s happening on the day etc.
6. I am a student, can I attend?
Students can not attend the exhibition, however they can purchase a ticket to the conference.

7. I am an international interested in visiting, will you provide a visa invitation letter?
Unfortunately no, we do not provide an invitation letter if you wish to attend the exhibition.
However conference delegates and exhibitors will be provided with an invitation letter.
8. How far is Luna Park/MCEC from the airport?
Luna Park is a 25 minute taxi ride from the airport. For public transport options, click here.
Melbourne is a 30 minute taxi ride from the airport. For public transport options, click here.
9. Do you recommend anywhere to stay?

Fri and Sun – $190.00 per room per night including breakfast
All bookings are to made direct with our reservations department using a specific booking code provided should they wish to proceed.
All rooms are to be secured using a valid credit card and each guest will be responsible for paying their own individual accounts direct.
All rooms required are strictly subject to availability and it is highly recommended to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment

10. How do I get there?
There are various transport options for getting to Luna Park & MCEC including train, ferry and car options.
From the city you can take a T1 North Shore & Northern Line train (Direction: North Shore & Northern Line City to Berowra via Gordon, City to Hornsby via Macquarie University service) from either Central Station, Town Hall Station or Wynyard Station to Milsons Point Station. Journey time is between 3 to 9 minutes)
Once you alight the train, walk south down Alfred Street, towards the Harbour Bridge and the Luna Park entrance is on your right hand side at the water’s edge.
From: Circular Quay, No. 5 Wharf, Sydney take the ferry to Milsons Point Wharf, Milsons Point (F4 Circular Quay to Darling Harbour Loop).

If you’re driving to Luna Park Sydney, there are 389 secure car spaced available at the venue.
Entry to the car park is via Paul Street, just off Alfred St South, Milsons Point. The following rates apply:
0-1 hour $9
1-2 hours $16
2-3 hours $23
3-4 hours $29
4 hours + $35
The fees above apply per 24 hour period. Maximum vehicle height is 1.9 metres. Hours of operation are 7am to 3am. Side street paid parking is also available.
The Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre is located on the banks of the Yarra River, only a short walk from Melbourne’s central business district, and a 20-minute drive to Melbourne Airport connects MCEC to the rest of Australia and the world.

Parking at MCEC
There are three car parks available for visitors to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. More information on car park costs here.
For the Exhibition Centre ask driver to drop off at the Clarendon Street entrance of MCEC.
For the Convention Centre ask driver to drop off at Convention Centre Place, next to the Hilton South Wharf Hotel.
Tram numbers 96, 112 and 109 travel down Spencer/Clarendon streets and stop opposite the Clarendon Street entrance of the MCEC.
Tram numbers 48 and 70 stop at the end of Flinders Street. Walk towards the Yarra River, across the new pedestrian bridge.
Take the train to Southern Cross Station. Tram numbers 96, 109 and 112 travel past Southern Cross Station down Spencer/Clarendon Streets and stop opposite the MCEC.
The SkyBus transports visitors direct from Melbourne Airport to Southern Cross Station.
MCEC is a 10 minute walk from the station or catch tram 96 which stops opposite the Clarendon Street entrance of MCEC.
Bus route 238 operates to and from Southern Cross Station to Convention Centre Place between the hours of 10am – 3pm, Monday to Friday.
The coach pick-u/drop-off point is coach bay 1, Convention Centre Place (closest to DFO South Wharf). More information found here.
11. Are there storage facilities available?
Yes. There is a cloak room available for visitors to leave their luggage. The cloak room has a full-time attendant.
